Wiki Accelerated Reader Writing Assignment for Periods 1, 2, 3 and 5!
You can complete this assignment after you finish reading your library book and take the accelerated reader quiz. Below are the requirements for this assignment:
Paragraph #1: Identify the main characters of your book and give a brief description of each main character. Then, in one to two sentences describe how your character has changed from the beginning of the book to the end. For example, how has he or she changed in personality, confidence, interests, etc? Finally, identify the main setting of your story and describe how the setting impacted the characters and plot.
Paragraph #2: Write an evaluation of the book. What did you like about it? Did the author do a good job? Would you like to read another book by this author? Would you recommend this book to a friend and why?

2. You can simply write your response on a piece of paper and submit to Mr. Groff.

The assignment is worth 20 points. Each paragraph is worth 10 points. The following criteria will be used:
Content: Does each paragraph include the required content specified in directions? (3 points) Accuracy: Is the required content accurately stated? (3 points) Organization: Does each paragraph have a topic sentence and then supporting details? (3 points) Directions: Did you follow the directions completely? (1 point)
